At Ciao Baby, each item is made especially for you. Because our products are created on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color preference.

But if something arrives damaged or incorrect — we’ve got you 💕

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with:

A printing defect

The wrong item

A damaged product

 

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue


Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

The item is confirmed defective

A replacement is not possible

 

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs once your order has been dispatched.
